Rule 19
Circumstance Not Receiving Compensation
In case a worker or employee dies or succumbs to injury leading to physical disablement, due to natural calamities while working the work designated by the Enterprise, the heir of such worker or employee shall not be entitled to the compensation pursuant to these Rules.
